I have hired a new gate company for one of my problem gate communities. Access Reliability has been maintaining that gate for a while now, and I have had "no" problems with that gate since Access took over. The company is extremely professional, very customer service related, the list goes on and on. We all know how distressing gates can be and I can honestly say that I have slept much better since Access has been maintaining my gate.

My most memorable experience is the first time I met Bart Taylor [from Access Reliability]. We had asked him to give us a bid to repair our gate system. He went above and beyond what his competitors were willing to do, and actually called the manufacturer and got them involved in making sure our gates were operating properly. He then made a very reasonable bid, without trying to sell us items and services we did not need, again setting himself and his company apart from his competitors.
